Description
WestKleen 232 is an organic acid based material containing organic solvents and surfactants formulated to remove dirt, oils, weld smoke, rust and light mill scale prior to a phosphate system. It is formulated using citric acid making it more operator safe, more forgiving for flash rust on steel, and cleaning of hot rolled steel surfaces as it removes the loose surface smut and carbon that an alkaline cleaner cannot. Also, excellent for stainless steel citric acid passivation.
